I have finished a month of physical therapy that has helped immensely. Now I just have to be diligent about continuing the exercises at home. I've also started taking several supplements recommended by my grandfather (a botanist who is very knowledgeable about herbal remedies). I believe these are helping with both my energy level and pain control. I won't list them here because any supplements should be discussed with your doctor and I don't want anyone taking this as medical advise but I will suggest you do your research and talk to your doctor about the possibility of these helping.

I just finished this. If you have had Fibromyalgia for a while and have read other books this one probably won't have any new information but its great for people who are just learning about the condition. It also includes some helpful pages that can be copied and help you to organize your medical information.
